Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using How to Delete Google Reviews at howtodeletegooglereviews.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About This Site

The Site publishes educational content about Google Business Profile reviews - including how to delete your own review, how to flag reviews for policy violations, and when professional reputation management may be appropriate.

This site is operated in partnership with Reperase.com. Contact forms and service inquiries submitted through the Site may be handled by RepErase and its partners in connection with review removal and reputation management services.

No Affiliation With Google

Google™ is a trademark of Google LLC. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any of its products or services, including Google Maps, Google Search, or Google Business Profile. We do not speak for Google, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as official guidance from Google.

Informational Content Only - Not Legal Advice

All articles, guides, checklists, FAQs, and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal advice, and they do not create an attorney-client or professional advisory relationship. Google's policies, tools, and enforcement practices change over time; we do not guarantee that any description on the Site reflects the current state of Google's systems.

For legal questions - including defamation, privacy, or jurisdiction-specific takedown rights - consult a qualified attorney in your area before acting.

No Guarantee of Results

Flagging a review, submitting an appeal, or using any process described on the Site does not guarantee removal. Industry estimates suggest that a minority of flagged reviews are ultimately removed, since Google acts only on clear policy violations. Outcomes depend on the review content, the evidence available, the category selected, and Google's internal review processes - all of which are outside our control.

Any references to typical timelines, success rates, or service outcomes on the Site are estimates based on general experience, not promises of a specific result for your case.

Professional Services and Referrals

The Site may recommend or connect you with third-party reputation management providers, including RepErase. If you submit a contact form or request a review audit, you may receive follow-up communication about paid services.

Service terms - including pricing, payment timing (such as pay-after-results arrangements where offered), scope of work, and refund policies - are governed by the agreement between you and the service provider, not by these Terms. We encourage you to review any service agreement carefully before engaging a provider.

Your Submissions

When you use our contact or lead forms, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You represent that you have the authority to submit information about the business or review in question and that your submission does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.

Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable sharing through a web form. Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party websites and resources, including Google support documentation, YouTube, Reperase.com, and form-processing services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of external sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site's text, layout, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to RepErase and its partners, unless otherwise noted. You may read and share links to the Site for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepErase, its partners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content - including lost profits, lost business, or harm to reputation - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepErase, its partners, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your form submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
